• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Teamcenter PLM customization. configuration, development and solution mapping.
• Good understanding of PLM concepts and in-depth knowledge in TC Applications.
• Ability to deliver customer service with people management and communication skills.
• Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity, nurturing creativity, and driving operational processes and disciplines.
• Capable of writing and reviewing technical documents, including design, development, and collaborative code reviews.
• Experience in capturing functional requirements and transforming them into Teamcenter technical solutions.
